• Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and gap assessments to identify learning objectives, knowledge shortfalls, and performance requirements. 
• Instructional  Systems Design (ISD) using the ADDIE methodology to create      efficient, standards-based curriculum across defense training environments. 
• Program of Instruction (POI) development, supporting institutional training      and unit-level learning across the force. 
• Development of collective and individual tasks for all echelons, ensuring      alignment with METL, readiness objectives, and evolving doctrine. 
• Creation and validation of training courseware, including digital content,      instructor materials, and student evaluations. 
• Delivery support for instructor-led training (ILT) and computer-based training (CBT), including mobile training team deployments. 
• Assessment and refinement of training effectiveness, ensuring content remains      relevant and results-driven. 
• Support to Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and TRADOC schools, providing      doctrine writers, instructors, and SMEs. 
• Integration with DOTMLPF-P assessments, aligning training with broader force      development goals.

CFDay has been a Prime contractor for the Fires Center of Excellence (FCoE) Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, the Maneuvers Center of Excellence (MCoE) at Ft. Benning, GA, the Maneuver Support Center of Excellence (MSCoE) at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri , the US Army Armaments Research Development and Engineering Center (ARDEC) at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ.  

Charles F. Day and Associates has  provided Intergrated Logistics Services (ILS) to the Department of Defense, primarily to the Army and Marine Corps.  We performed/supported all aspects of logistical support including systems/program management, and training– both institutional and new equipment field training, maintenance, and maintenance training, and provided Field Service Representatives.  We’ve developed Integrated Logistics Support Plans, Materiel Fielding Agreements, Materiel Fielding support, Technical Manuals, training curricula and courses supporting New Equipment Training, and other acquisition support products.
