Indianapolis, IN – December 2018. Charles F. Day & Associates, LLC (CFDay) provided the Lumina Foundation with a demonstration of Reference World, which was configured to simulate post-secondary education attainment within the United States and provide the Lumina Foundation with the roadmap it needs to attain their goal of increasing the proportion of Americans with high-quality degrees, certificates and other credentials to 60 percent by 2025.
