Dr. Theresa Day

Director, Resource Management & Quality

In July 2006, Dr. Theresa Day was appointed as the Defense Information Systems Agency Chair and Visiting Professor to the Information Resources Management College of the National Defense University.

Theresa has over 28 years of government service. Before joining the IRMC/NDU faculty, she served as a senior analyst within the Strategic Planning & Information Directorate at DISA Headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. She was also the Resource Manager/Business Liaison Officer at the Regional Support Activity, Rock Island, IL.

Theresa earned a BA from Western Illinois University, a MBA from St. Ambrose University and a DBA from Nova Southeastern University. She has also completed extensive training and education during her tenure as a federal employee including:
